Describing Objects / Nesneleri Tanımlama

At this lesson, we will learn “Describing Objects”

 

How can we describe objects?

First you must put a object. It can be everything; a pencil, a door, a computer…

Then you must put a adjective. It can be a colour, length and so on.

 

If you want to make negative, put “değil” in front of adjective.

 

Some objects :

 

Kalem – Pencil

Bilgisayar – Computer

Ev – House

Bina – Building

Bozuk Para – Coin

Otomobil – Car

 

Some adjectives :

 

Uzun – Long/Tall

Kısa – Short

Altın – Gold

Gümüş – Silver

Mavi – Blue

Yeni – New

Eski – Old

Kırmızı - Red

Sarı - Yellow

 

Kalem kısa, uzun değil. (The pencil is short, It is not long)

Bilgisayar yeni değil, eski. (The computer is not new, It is old)

Ev kırmızı, mavi değil. (The house is red, it is not blue.)

Bina mavi, kırmızı değil.  (The building is blue, it is not red.)

Bozuk para altın, gümüş değil. (The coin is gold, it is silver.)

Otomobil sarı değil, kırmızı. (The car is not yellow, it is red.)
